  Good morning everyone! We're half way to Friday, it's Hump-Day!!! I hope everyone had an awesome weekend and good start to their week. Our weekend ended on a rough note Sunday night so the week started out even rougher. I finally drew my line in the sand and if it's crossed, I'm gone. Although my truck is broke down and won't start and I honestly have no where to go, I'll sleep in my truck in the driveway if I have to. I can't handle the negative mindset that he's been stuck in for so long. Sadly, I think it comes with the territory from his job and from him feeling like he's failing us because of this POS house. I honestly think if we were able to move right now, 99% of his issues would be resolved. It's like all he can see is the negative. I can feel myself slipping back into the 'numbness' that feels so comfortable to be in. When you're numb to everything, nothing can hurt you so it's a highly tempting place to linger especia...

It's Friday but I can most definitely relate to this... I really didn't want to get out of my bed this morning but I knew if I didn't that Little Man would be waking me back up in at least an hour. If I'm still in the bed, he wakes up and stays up right at 7 but if I'm not in the bed, he'll roll over and go back to sleep. Little fart! That and I wanted to see the hubby and Oldest Daughter before they head off to the oral surgeon's office. Oldest Daughter has to have her wisdom teeth removed today, fun! While she's like me in having a high pain tolerance, she still turns in to the devil when she's in pain lmao! You get growled at for merely looking at her so you damn sure don't dare to speak to her 😂😂😂. I remember when I had my wisdom teeth (well 3 and a molar) removed when I was 17, hell, I could have driven myself home.   Good morning all! How are you doing on this fine Hump-Day? We're soggy as hell! 😂 We were already wet then that tropical depression came across us and dumped quite a bit of water followed by a day or two with quite a few storms lol. My yard could be sold as prime swamp land! Did have a scare from a tornado that touched down, while it wasn't too close to us, it was heading straight for where the hubby's aunt lives (the one Middle Daughter stays with each weekend). Thankfully it dissipated fairly quickly. Anyways! It's Hump-Day and one of the two days a week that we use to chill out! It's time to get out of our everyday headspace and have a little fun so, what are we waiting for?

 Good morning all! How is everyone doing this morning? Good I hope! Well, we made it! It's finally Friday!!! The hubby went in to work super early yesterday so that he could get his full hours in order to get off around lunch time to take care of the yard. Surprisingly, Little Man actually asked if he could ride with daddy on the lawn mower! He's always been terrified of anything that makes loud noise and the second someone touched the mower, he'd go to screaming and make them bring him inside so it was a complete shock that he willingly wanted to do this yesterday! Little Man is growing and becoming brave! He realized that getting over his fear of the mower and it's noise was the only way he'd be able to spend time outside with daddy I guess. It was cute at how excited he was when they were done and he came in running in here to tell me all about his riding the mower lol. Anyways, it's Friday and time to have a little fun!   ^^^THAT would be me this morning^^^ Although I am seriously dragging this morning, it's Hump-Day!!! This week has felt 'off' to me. It's like it's taking forever but yet flying by?   Good morning all! I apologize for the thread being posted late but I actually slept until 8:30! I haven't done that in a while 😮. I did wake up around 5:30 but I looked at the clock and said NOPE! Then I rolled over and kept gettin' it lol. I may have actually slept longer if it weren't for Little Man. While he was actually playing quietly, any noise and my eyes pop open lol. I didn't sleep good Wednesday night due to the window unit dying on us. It was still running and blowing but it wasn't blowing cold. I can't sleep unless it's arctic in the room, mainly because a full blown 50 million BTU heater sleeps next to me lol. We replaced it yesterday and while the new one cools, it doesn't get the room quite as cold as I like it but I guess I can't complain being it was only $250. Can't afford to drop nearly a grand on a window unit like our old one right now. That and I don't want to spend that kind of money on one when we will hopefully be ...

  Good morning all! I hope everyone had a good weekend last weekend and has had a good start to their week! Sunday was our 'busy' day being Little Man turned 4! It's amazing to know that the little fella that was born 5 weeks (possibly more) early, had issues with breathing and eating is now a wide open little boy! How he was able to go from needing the strongest C-Pap machine they could use for an infant, and being tube fed, IVs and all sorts of other cables and only being allowed to be held for very short time frames because he needed to be under the Bili lights, To this wide open little guy playing with his new remote controlled Grave Digger Monster Truck!!! Oldest Daughter's boyfriend was determined to surprise Little Man by showing up on his birthday and he got 'lucky' by picking Grave Digger, a monster truck that is actually based out of North Carolina lmao! Lopsided Galaxy NGC 2276 The magnificent spiral galaxy NGC 2276 looks a bit lopsided in this Hubble Space Telescope snapshot. A bright hub of older yellowish stars normally lies directly in the center of most spiral galaxies. But the bulge in NGC 2276 looks offset to the upper left.  What's going on? In reality, a neighboring galaxy to the right of NGC 2276 (NGC 2300, not seen here) is gravitationally tugging on its disk of blue stars, pulling the stars on one side of the galaxy outward to distort the galaxy's normal fried-egg appearance. This sort of "tug of war" between galaxies that pass close enough to feel each other's gravitational pull is not uncommon in the universe. But, like snowflakes, no two close encounters look exactly alike. In addition, newborn and short-lived massive stars form a bright, blue arm along the upper left edge of NGC 2276.  Good morning all! It's Hump-Day I think! My days are soooo screwed up but according to the computer, it is indeed, Hump-Day! Between the wildly determined 'remediation' days for Middle Daughter, the hubby being off Friday to take Little Man for his Pre-K thing yet working yesterday, I can't keep the days straight! Keep your fingers crossed for Middle Daughter though. After 2 radically spaced out remediation days, today is the day she attempts the End of Grade test for Math again. She's already 'passed' her grade, though I'm not sure how, this can only help her Math grade along with possibly helping the school to keep it's funding as well as of course putting her in a better position for starting off 7th grade.
