  Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well. We are all doing pretty good over here in my tiny neck of the woods. Kids making it through their first week back at school although Middle Daughter has made it a habit of driving me up the wall during her 'free' period through Teams since she now has a cell phone. It's just not activated yet but as long as she is on wifi, she can at least use internet on it. It will be activated after the beginning of the month since it is her birthday present for when she turns 17 on the 3rd. Great Aunt wanted us to go in together and said she could afford the monthly prepay on it if we could get the actual phone. So we went ahead and got the phone, case and what was needed and Great Aunt will set up the prepay once her check gets deposited after the 1st. Her 'free' period though is supposed to be used for doing her college English class but they have her set up in I think she said the library and they were told they can't have ea...

  Good (checks clock, 11:51) morning! LOL! I hope everyone has been doing well! Not much going on around here besides getting set for Monday! Hubby has his colonoscopy appointment (yeah, not too thrilled) and the kids go back to school!!! While her actual high school classes don't start until Monday, Middle Daughter's college classes started this week although it was mostly going over the syllabus and all of that. I can't wait to get my quiet days back lol. Listen to my vids, slowly work on housework that I've let slide since there wasn't much point in doing it with Little Man running in and out all freakin day 🙄. What's everyone else got going on?

  Good afternoon for anyone that might drop in lol! We are entering the 10 day final countdown before I get my peaceful days back to myself!!! I think that's one of the reasons I keep getting later and later with making the Friday thread lol. I keep waiting for a 'peaceful' moment but there are none right now! I hope that everyone is doing well! We're all doing good with exception to Little Man driving me bonkers with the fact that he can't stand going more than 2 minutes without talking 😂. It's like UGH!   Good morning people! First, I apologize for not posting last Friday. I was in a really bad/pissed off mood and didn't want to spread any negativity. I'm back though (for part of the day anyway) and while the situation that had me so pissed off last week isn't resolved, I'm freaking over it. I'll just say that the little car that we bought from Oldest Daughter, it went back in for a recall repair and well, they F'ed something up so we're back with mother in law's vehicle again since we're still waiting on that damned truck title while the car is back at the dealership's shop. Anyways! It's Friday and I'm here! I do have to jump in the shower here in a bit after Little Man gets up since all of us, with the exception of Little Man, have doctor appointments today.
