  Good morning all. I hope everyone had a good weekend and is doing well! The kids started back to school this week so it's been nice having quiet days again but still adjusting to it. Today's the hubby's birthday but unfortunately my day is going to be full of anxiety since mom in law dearest will be coming this evening. I dread knowing that she's coming because it's like there's nothing but tension in the air when she's around. At least she gave a heads up this year unlike last year when she just showed up out of no where although I get the feeling that the hubby may have said something knowing I'd already said if she did it again that I'd simply go to our bedroom until she was gone. Once done cooking, I'll likely spend most of the time outside sitting on the deck until she's left since I don't want to feel like I have to bite my lips to keep my mouth shut like always.   Good morning. I hope everyone has had a good week and is doing well. I gave in and hit doc up to find out if that new med he added could have the opposite effect and he says he's never known it to but that anything's possible. He told me to increase the dosage for now and of course monitor things and let him know if there's no change or a change for the worse so that's what I'm doing. Yesterday is the first day in a week that I didn't cry by someone simply talking to me but I'm not holding my breath. I actually ate a little bit for dinner last night, first time I've eaten in almost a week so at least the hubby and Oldest Daughter are happy with that. Oldest Daughter was so worried after she found out how long I hadn't eaten that she had "R" bring home some of my favorite 'treats' when he got off of work Wednesday hoping that they'd tempt me but it had the opposite effect.   Good morning peeps. I hope everyone is doing ok. There's not much going on around here besides open house for the kid's schools this week with school starting Monday. Surprised that they both seem excited to be going back, guess we'll see how long that excitement lasts though. Still not in the best place mentally so I'll shut up and go ahead and post.

Hubby will be getting off a little early as the kid's glasses are in and he's taking them to go pick them up. 10 days and counting until they head back to class! Anyways!   Good morning! Is it just me or does it seem like this week is taking forever?!!?!? Although I don't know why I'm ready for the weekend to get here when the hubby and Oldest Daughter will be going to my brother's place this weekend to pick up the old junker that we are getting from my brother so that I have some sort of vehicle since no one can seem to figure out what the heck is wrong with my ride. I get the feeling that although he claims it's worth around $5,000 while only asking $2,000 from us (since I'm his sister) that it won't be long before it's parked beside my truck waiting until we can afford to make whatever repairs. I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping that the car runs decent enough as we're looking to buy time until Oldest Daughter and "R" make a decision/move on a newer vehicle as she's willing to sell us her car. They're still waiting on all the estimates to come in for the corrective repairs that have to be mad...

  Good morning! I'm still trying to drag myself out of the funk but I'm getting there! How is everyone doing today? I hope everyone has had a decent week and is looking forward to a weekend to your liking! There's not much new going on around here. The kids came home Wednesday evening and I'm already ready to strangle Little Man lol! After being spoiled by Great Aunt for 3 days (not including her spending the weekend here lol), I'm having to 'break him back in' to being home lol. The hubby tickles me in telling Little Man that this isn't Burger King so it isn't "your way, right away" 😂. He had my heart breaking the night they came home though as he was already crying due to missing Great Aunt but he got home and remembered that Sweet Pea left this past weekend also. He was upset enough that he started eating his dinner then after a bite or two, said he didn't want it and went back to his room. I think that's part of my problem too,...

Good morning all! Well, what's left of morning here lol. It's taken me a while to get motivated enough to make the post. While I'm not 'as' stuck in the proverbial ditch as I was, I haven't been pulled completely out but, oh well! At least the hubby and I had a nice day yesterday of doing absolutely nothing! He took the day off since the kids went to Great Aunt's Sunday and we just sat around. The extent of my 'work' was mixing up the sugar water and refilling the humming bird feeder. Hubby dozed in his chair most of the morning then we decided to just go riding around 1-ish. Stopped and put gas in his truck and ended up close enough to town that we went to get a sandwich, parked in the shade and ate while just enjoying the peace and quiet along with each other's company. So I'm sitting here today enjoying the last of my peace and quiet (until school kicks back in on the 28th) before they get back this evening. I swear the weather has lost it...

  Good morning all, I hope everyone is doing well today. I'm gonna keep the post short so that I hopefully don't "infect" anyone with the blues. I don't know what the issue is, I just woke up in a funk and keep feeling like I want to cry and just feeling alone I guess? Anyways... I'm going to try to pull myself out of whatever ditch it is that I woke up in and hope that y'all can look past me this morning. I'll be on and off as I have a few things to do before Great Aunt gets here this afternoon. It's still a free for all as usual with the choice of chatting, posting music or something funny.

  Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well this Hump-Day! Not a whole lot going on here, well, there is but it's just more of the same ol' same ol' lol. I reckon the oldest of my brood will be moving by the end of the month. The inspection is being done Friday and once the paperwork from that is sent on in to the bank, everything else will be falling in place. I'm excited for them yet sad and ill with myself cause I somewhat feel 'selfish' lol. With them moving back over to the area we used to live in, I have no one besides the hubby (adult wise). I guess the loneliness is setting in already but, oh well, such is life! What's everyone got going on? Hubby is getting off early today as he found some country ribs on special this past weekend and he's planning on coming home and firing up the grill for them. I'll make some creamy garlic pasta to go with as well as some sweet peas or something veggie wise. The thought already has my mouth watering lol....
