  Good morning all! I hope everyone has been doing well and for those of us in the throws of "hell's furnace", I hope you're staying cool! 😆 We're supposed to hit 97 today with super high humidity. It's only 11 in the morning and the humidity is already over 60%.  Didn't get the grass cut yesterday thanks to some thunderstorms that came through Monday afternoon and during the night, we needed the rain though so I'm not complaining. Will get it cut tomorrow morning while it's tolerable outside and well before the storms that are supposed to possibly come through starting just after lunch. The poor hubby is miserable at work. The section of the prison that his office is in, the A/C went out and a new compressor had to be ordered so it will still be a day or two before it arrives and is put in.  Good morning all and  I hope everyone is doing well today! There's not much going on around here today as it's just me, Little Man and Diva home until this evening. He's driving me bonkers over changing what's on the tv every 30 danged minutes, at least when he's in the house. Of course the majority of his outside time just 'happens' to coincide with what's supposed to be MY quiet time out on the deck typically every hour to burn one. I have to specifically tell him a time or two a day that he WILL stay inside on this one because I NEED quiet and he doesn't know what that word means 😂.   Good morning all! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a decent week so far! Our weekend was decent, kids were switched out Sunday. Hubby decided since he was going through the town that our favorite Mexican restaurant was in that he wanted to get something there for dinner. I asked him what he wanted and he said he didn't want much, just get him a quesadilla and when I asked him if he wanted the grilled chicken one or steak one, he simply told me to "surprise him" 😂. Well, he forgot that I tend to use him giving ME the option of what to get HIM as a sort of carte blanche if he isn't specific. So he ended up with one of each along with what he normally gets, the taco salad minus green peppers and onions lol. Needless to say that all he could do was shake his head when he got home and I pulled 3 different containers out and said that they were all his.  I swear, with the kids out of school for the summer and Little Man being at Great Aunt's, I can't keep up with what day it is! I had went out for a short walk when it dawned on me that today's Friday 😆. Decided that I had to get back to doing some form of walking no matter how much I'm aching since I hadn't been walking since I started having the real bad back issues. Man my legs have gotten weak.   Good morning peeps! I hope everyone is doing good today, has had a good week thus far and had a great weekend! I'm still kickin' although I feel like I've been kicked in the ribs then ran over a time or two 😂. While some things, like the seat belt burn, are clearing up, I'm still getting new bruises showing up here and there almost a freaking week out. Most recent is the nice pretty bruising that showed up on the right hip area two days ago lol. I can't complain though and am very thankful that it wasn't worse. The only thing 'killed' was the truck and one small tree. And I have to say that while my brother and I have had our issues, he can be one of the biggest a$$es on the face of the planet, it seems he really does care.   Good morning (almost afternoon here lol) all! It's been a busy morning. Had to make an early run to Dollar General, figured I'd stop and grab me and Middle Daughter a biscuit and now Great Aunt is here along with "R" who saved me the trip of going to get her since he was off today. It's the last day of school for Little Man and his birthday is tomorrow so he has no idea that Great Aunt was coming lol.
