  Good morning my dears! It's finally Friday!!! I hope everyone has had a decent week. Y'all know mine was crazy due to Little Man's bus suspension lol. It was so nice both yesterday and this morning to not have to worry with getting the hubby to/from work then the little terrorist to/from school lol. Not having to deal with those headaches actually made it possible for me to cook last night! While I could have cooked something on the other days in the oven, I'm not comfortable leaving the house with something like that on. Leaving the Crock Pot on is one thing but the oven, my nerves wouldn't let me. Besides the fact that there was nothing I could come up with to use the Crock Pot to cook that would feed 6 head. The one I have isn't very big, it's one that my mother bought probably right after they came out and only has two settings, low and high lol.  Things worked out perfectly though because "R" was off which meant I could make the Chicken Tetr...

  Good morning peeps! It's that time again!!! Hitting that midweek speedbump wide open! I hope everyone has been doing well and that Snowy along with the lovely Geri are doing better. Been doing pretty good here. A little late getting the thread up but I seem to be running at least 15 minutes behind on everything this morning lol. Got the hubby taken to work then back home to get Little Man up and ready for school. I had been getting back early enough to sit for a while before having to wake Little Man up but not this morning. So I got him up and ready for school, still ended up leaving the house to take him to school a little later than normal. I had been having to sit in line and wait until they start allowing students into school whereas today it was a pull in and the line was already moving. Left from the school and had to head into the small town to the auto store, my truck is burning oil and was really low so had to pick up some oil. Ended up stopping and getting me a biscuit...

 It has turned in to one of 'those' weeks so I'm Little Man started this week off awesome, with the exception of getting into a little bit of trouble on the bus. Wednesday, Middle Daughter had her doctor's appointment and being that "R" was off that day, he was more than willing to get Little Man off of the bus for us. "R" knew to ask the bus driver how he did that day, not that great, and he knew to check Little Man's folder to see if he was in 'green' or not because if he was in green then he'd be able to get a piece of candy. Well, he won't in green. He had acted up so bad in school that day that the teacher used the space for TWO days to fill me in on what he had done solely on that day 😡.   Good morning all! I hope everyone is doing well, had a wonderful weekend and has had a good week so far! I know our dear MoonChild is likely OVER the moon since her Chiefs won this weekend lol. I don't watch sports but saw that as a title on the news site I go to lol. Our weekend was decent as we mostly just lazed around the house.   Good morning everyone! It's Hump-Day! I hope everyone had a good weekend and is having a good week thus far! I'm sitting here watching the adult Guppies giving chase to the 4 surviving babies lol. The babies have started coming out from the safety of the plants since they are fast enough to get away from the big ones now. The aquarium is quite a bit of work but it's so worth it lol.   Good morning peeps! It's a cool, cloudy and rainy morning here! The temperature has actually dropped a few degrees since the time I got up and went out on the deck for the first time around 4:30 lol. When I went out the first time, it was between 52 to 54 degrees and now we are at 47 lol. We're supposed to warm all the way back up to 50 😂! I do hope that everyone is doing well and that things are going good! We are all doing fairly well and my Sciatica seems to be FINALLY easing off!!! I was doing a little more reading on it and was looking at possible 'environmental' causes and found that the number 1 cause was a person's mattress not being firm enough and the article recommended putting a thick sheet of plywood in between the mattress and box spring. I admit that our mattress is 'soft' because I have always slept better on a softer mattress but I was willing to try anything to get some sort of relief.
